The service itself was really well. I feel that the professionalism lacked a bit. My appointment was at 1:30 yet she was still working on another head... so I had sat to wait for an hour. Although I am more than understanding that schedules get pushed back, she didn’t take the initiative to even text and ask me to come in at a later time. Though she did apologize, she even still decided to charge me full price and didn’t even try to discount the service even by $10 to suffice. No matter how good a service is, if there is a lack of professionalism, everything is void in my opinion.
