It was a great experience and she left me looking flawless.( day of service) After having an issue, a week after se...rvice, I reached out to open a line of communication. she read it, deleted me off of everything and a simple I don’t know how to do Caucasian hair would have done. It was an hour behind. I was early because I was on a tight schedule. But I’m also always prepared to wait 15-20 mins. This isn’t my normal stylist so... I didn’t know what to expect. My stylist was booked. I get in the back and she was constantly on the phone…just slowly paced. My hair had gunk in it, I’m assuming from the product. I was supposed to get a style but the appt was just taking too long. YET, I paid for the full service. As overpriced as it was. In her defense she did offer for me to come back this week for the style. I’ll pass. I’m sure she’s a good stylist so I won’t knock her art. But just not the stylist for me. On the other hand, the establishment is awesome and I absolutely love Erica, who was my stylist before going to locs. Show more
