It was an hour behind. I was early because I was on a tight schedule. But I’m also always prepared to wait 15-20 mins. This isn’t my normal stylist so... I didn’t know what to expect. My stylist was booked. I get in the back and she was constantly on the phone…just slowly paced. My hair had gunk in it, I’m assuming from the product. I was supposed to get a style but the appt was just taking too long. YET, I paid for the full service. As overpriced as it was. In her defense she did offer for me to come back this week for the style. I’ll pass. I’m sure she’s a good stylist so I won’t knock her art. But just not the stylist for me. On the other hand, the establishment is awesome and I absolutely love Erica, who was my stylist before going to locs. Show more

I’m sorry you feel that way. I tried to reach you but the number you provided on booksy was disconnected in yesterday morning. The week of your first appointment I had to reschedule everyone due to being sick and not wanting to put any clients at risk.
