The owner may need to enhance her approach to customer service. As a customer, when I schedule an appointment and express a preference for a specific ...stylist, I believe it's reasonable to expect to be seen by that person at the appointed time. Waiting for an assignment from someone else can feel disheartening. I believe that treating all customers with the same level of respect and attention is essential for a positive experience.After All it is not a free service. It cost $300. Show more

Tiene toda la razón, fue un mal entendido por parte de la Trenzadora ya que agarró una clienta que sin bookear anteriormente con ella quiso con ella y se atrasó para darle su servicio ya que no podía levantar a la clienta con la que ella estaba de la silla. Desgraciadamente cometemos errores como todos los seres humanos. Esperamos mejorar y aprender de ello. Gracias por su mal review. ☺️
