Kervensky booked an appointment at 11am and canceled it right before the appointment. Per my policy he was responsible for the cancellation fee. Then he booked an appointment at 2:30pm which he also cancelled. The. He booked a 5pm appointment and finally showed up to that one. Was upset that he had to pay for his haircut when he finally showed up and was serviced. After that he left a 1 star review with no explanation. Was upset he was responsible for not showing up to his first appointment and canceling late which was why he was charged.
