5 stars ! Did the private room infrared sauna and cold plunge with my bestie . We loved being able to link our music to the sauna while we sweat it ...out . The cold plunge was our first time and wow we had to try it twice because we couldn’t stay in for as long as we expected . We worked our way up to a minute before leaving . Such a clean and beautiful space . We will be coming back next week 💕💕💕 Show more

Such a clean and beautiful space! As an athlete recovery is my top priority and this is a perfect place for that. Not to mention that they have the be...st of the best sauna, light and cold pool. Very grateful for this place to be in haiku. Show more

This is a much needed service for anyone who is dealing with the side effects of being human and moving on this earth. The benefits of the cold plunge... and sauna can be felt the first time you try this, and it’s such an essential part of recovery and managing pain. Yasmine is an absolute joy, and is wonderful at guiding you through the process. If you have aches and pains, this should be in your toolbox to help deal with it. I have arthritis from my skull to my tailbone and this helps tremendously! Don’t hesitate, give this a try! It’s not just for gnarly surfers. Show more
