I like this nail salon because it is walking distance from my home, I can book appointment online and the women are generally friendly. After giving i...t 3 tries – I will be walking away. Perhaps others who get polish or gel have a different experience than i have. I only get my nails and toes buffed at the same price as regular services. I have felt all three times that I am rushed through. I am happy to pay the full price but would expect as a longer massage or additional perk because my services take less time. This most recent time the woman who did my toes didn't really buff my toes shiny, so her colleague had to do the additional when I asked. My nails on my hands were cut too short on 2 fingers, which hurts. So, I will be walking on. Show more

I’ve tried so many nail salons in the city, but keep coming back to JoyJoy. They are very efficient, while always doing a really good job on my nails.... The space is clean and peaceful and they have a huge selection of gel, dip and regular polish. Show more

I always love the service and my nails turn out great at Joy Joy but this last time my appointment was at 345pm and I didn’t get helped til 410-415pm.... It seemed that they took on way more walk in clients then they could handle with those of us who also booked an appointment. I was able to make it to work on time but it was disappointing and frustrating when appointments should come first. I book in advance for this reason. Show more
