Convenient location, nice staff, hair was fine but not what was asked for. Selected hair dresser in booking - another was given. Price point for servi...ce too much for end result. Not sure about wearing the hair up (usually do with braids) bc parting is off due to big parts and medium braids, doesn’t look as full as it should. Based on other salon visits, better outcome for price. One time customer. Show more

Firstly, I booked appt online, went there & was told immediately it would be rescheduled to another day after paying deposit. Wasn’t a big deal but sh...ould be considered. The real issue is I did not at all expect to pay even nearly $175 for my CHILD to get very SHORT (barely shoulder length) box braids with parts that were rushed & some not neat. I Provided the hair and supplies & was still very overcharged. Page says starts at $80!!! Yes $80!! Not accurate at all. & ended with $175 is crazy!! More than double!! for small/short kids braids!!! I’m glad my kid was happy. he was very still for having to sit there for 2 hours so that wasn’t an issue for her to charge more but I’ve never seen anyone charge that much for kids style that was not complicated or long at all. Page needs to be updated or something. She was very nice but it was very upsetting having to pay that much for akids style when it says different on site with no explanation on why it would be so much more than what is originally supposed to be. Hi, thanks for your feedback, but however, the service that you book for was not the service that you received when you came in ,you changed it, that’s why the price change.you booked for kids cornrows  which is 85 and up, depending on the design. When you came in, you asked for Kids knotless-plaits with hair added.Client hair was 2 to 3 inches long. This was a 2 hours style.We had to add braiding hair for more length and that is $160. Hopefully this answer a lot of your concern. Also we told you the price before we started the service and you agreed.thanks

I’m gonna start off by saying I appreciate the lady for trying to braid my hair. So I sent the picture of what I wanted and I was told it was $140, I ...get there and I showed the lady the picture and she said it’s now $170. The same picture I sent in the text messages. Then they only take cash but did not mention this at all. She had to bring me upstairs to another braiders ATM. She asked me if I could use cash app. I didn’t have it so I had to re-download it. When she was ready for the money, I asked how much was it again? She said $160. The style doesn’t look exactly like the picture and for feed ins you’re not suppose to braid all the way down. My neck is stiff and there’s tension all in the back and throughout my head to the point it’s constant pain and throbbing. And my ends have slight color and my hair isn’t blended and sticks out a little. There was also some pausing just to talk as well. Because there were other braiders in the room. My issue is that while she was doing my hair she kept pausing to talk to them. Show more
