I liked the atmosphere and the service of this place. The only complain I have is about my mustache. I wanted to cut my mustache in a different way, a...nd I did told him how I wanted it. But, after he cut my mustache, I saw it wasn’t how I wanted him to cut it. He should have asked me how I wanted my mustache if he were not clear instead of cutting it randomly his way. I would definitely recommend this place and him too given proper directions are followed. I liked how he cut my hair. I would definitely be happy if they use razor instead of knife to cut the beard. I don’t know if they do use razor. Show more

Chris is a skilled barber who consistently delivers satisfactory haircuts. However, it's disappointing that he doesn't always respect his customers' t...ime. While I was willing to change my appointment time at his request, he was still 15 minutes late, which was inconvenient. Additionally, it's frustrating that he promised to schedule an appointment with me for the following week but didn't show up, causing you to have to reach out to confirm. His response came 1.5 hours after the scheduled appointment, and he could only fit you in 3 hours later, which doesn't work for someone with a full day's commitment. To make matters worse, during my haircuts, Chris would often stop cutting my hair to engage in conversations with his fellow barbers or show them things on his phone, which shows a disregard for your time. While Chris has many positive attributes as a barber, these negative habits can frustrate his customers. Show more

Individual texted me less than an hour before my appointment requesting I come in a half hour early due to one of his clients cancellations. I stated ...I could not be there that soon but I would arrive as soon as I could which was before my scheduled appointment time. When I came in the individual seemed irritated. Proceeded to take calls while supposed to be working on me, and informed the individual on the phone that my cut would only take him about 15 minutes. I paid for the 40-45 minute haircut, He did not pay attention to detail, left my mustache crooked on my lip, I had to work on my self when I got home with my own clippers. He did not pay attention to detail and did a very poor job and seemed just interested in getting me out of the chair as if he was irritated I didn't show up earlier because of his cancelled appointment. Every time you go into this place the owner is bad mouthing other Barber's and Barbershops. It's like walking into high school there. I should not have tipped this individual as I did. I gave him a 12 dollar tip as I am usually a good tipper. But when the individual seems to have an attitude, doesn't pay attention to detail and hurries to get you out of his chair. It's not worth it and I wont be going back. Bad business. Let your work speak for itself. Show more
