I was a first time user of Booksy a...nd had trouble booking a wash and blow dry, Deidra patiently explained why I was not able to book the service but she also made arrangements to accommodate my request. It is refreshing to find a hairstylist that takes the time to evaluate your haircare routine, handles your hair with care and produce exactly what I asked for. I have to repeat what many have said to be true of this young lady. She is very professional. I have to admit, I assumed the wash was included with t...he retwist. So, due to my error, I had to request at the time of service. She was very gracious and added it after a long day. When I say she washed me to serenity 😌 ✨️ ☺️. It is well worth the add-on. I appreciate her taking the time to assess my haircare wants and needs prior to even looking at my hair. I also appreciate her being punctual and catering to the customers. She offered me a qtip for my ears. Seems so simple, but simple gestures go a long way. My retwist and style were complete in no time, even with the add-on. She took her time and didn't rush because she was tired and ready to go home. She even took the time to pull out an ingrown hair that could have festered if not attended to. She went above and beyond, especially being the last client of the day. I highly recommend this young lady for any service. Show more

She rushed my hair. Did the wrong size one side three to four times bigger and provided the hair which is cheaper than I would have gotten myself. I g...uess she took a look at me and assumed I was something I’m not. I’m a big tipper and always tip $50 but she didn’t know that I paid her $300 but I guess she will do better for the next person. It was meant to be boho small knotless and I will be taking it out in a few more weeks because her work is not up to par. Don’t go there for braids. I think she gives a certain service based on who the customer is which is silly because she doesn’t know me at all. God bless her and I hope she considers her customers time and money is what pays her bills. She also behaved as if I was an inconvenience to her when I first got there. I think it’s really a personality trait. Show more
