I would like to start this review off with some positivity. Sasha is fast, her home is very clean and her box braids are neat. My issues with her stem... from lack of communication. I booked an appointment to have my daughter get 2 French braids with Fulani pieces. Sasha left sssoo much edges out instead of asking me how much I wanted left out (I would have told her none), 1 of the Fulani pieces fell out an hour after we left (keep in mind she only installed 4 pieces), and the product that she used looked like mud was smeared in the back of my baby’s hair once it dried. I told her about how the product looked once it dried and she tried to gaslight me by saying I didn’t wash my childs hair good enough so the dirt/ oil in my baby’s hair mixed with the product she used and that’s why it looks like mud. That’s so not true, BUT hypothetically if that was the case then why not COMMUNICATE that with me so I could reschedule and rewash her hair? Now my child is being bullied at school because the kids think my baby has dirty hair. In addition to that, I have to take her hair down TWO days after spending money to get it done and then spend more money for someone else to redo my child’s hair before this wedding that we are attending in 3 days. I don’t have money to just waste and this was a complete waste. Update: as the stylist if you saw that her hair wasn’t properly washed then why continue braiding it? Why not stop and let me know so I could reschedule and rewash her hair instead of taking my money in that moment. That is my point of this entire review. Show more

Also Respectfully you are grown and have to hold yourself accountable you sat right behind me doing your daughter hair the whole time this is not your 1st time coming to me I put 6 pieces in your daughter hair that is the picture you showed me. You was right in my salon room with me no more then 2 feet away. if u wanted more then the picture u showed u should have spoke up. Why allowed me to take pictures and all that Never (COMMUNICATED) Anything (2) I USE THE SAME PRODUCT as I do in all my clients head never do I switch up. Why would I ? that 1 of many reasons why my work is (NEAT) as u say. As I said before Your washed your daughter hair but did not washed all the product out or added oil after her wash. It’s a simple mistake to make but take accountability. If you wanted me to redo her hair u would have COMMUNICATED! U ASK ME A QUESTION HOW CAN I GET THE WHITE RESIDUE OUT HER HAIR? MY RESPONSE WAS TAKE IT DOWN AND WASH IT PROPERLY. 3. I'm so confused U messaged me Sunday 12am I did her hair SATURDAY SO U Allowed YOUR DAUGHTER TO GO TO School LIKE THIS & It's now ITS Tuesday now she's getting bullied & that's my fault too? INSTEAD U HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO REACH OUT TO ME & Wash her hair. ALL THESE CONTRADICTIONS ARE OUTRAGEOUS THIS IS WHERE I BOW OUT. Thanks for the review saidi☺️
