I got a Wet set with add on Spikes/Wispy. Ruby is AMAZING! So..After having a horrible experience @ ANOTHER lash tech in New Lenox. I was defeated fe...eling & ISO of a tech that I believed could achieve what I wanted. I came across Ruby on Instagram & was so thankful I did! I immediately fell in love with her work she’s very talented:) we conversed, she was so kind in answering all my questions & concerns even when I felt I was maybe being annoying lol due to my at the time fear due to what the last tech did to me :( but ruby was so assuring & kind & informative. So I booked I also booked a Brazilian Wax and my first one at that! She also answered all questions about that. Her environment as in her work space is so cute, clean, & such a pleasant warm relaxing welcoming feeling & vibes! Super cute! She also has such adorable add ons available to purchase. Seriously looking forward to my fill to get some stuff : Lastly; my lashes came out so dreamy beautifully doll like and perfect I was so happy!!! As far as my wax goes she did wonderful! Made me feel very comfortable & confident. Not at all embarrassed or uncomfortable or whatever. I for sure have found my new lash tech & waxer :)) Show more

I have been going to Ruby for about a year or so now, and my lash sets have always turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them. I’ll tell Ruby what look I’m ...going for, she tailors it to my eye shape. 9/10 times, I don’t even show her an inspo pic and she still knows what I want! Her new location is clean, comfortable and inviting. Ruby herself is extremely sweet, professional and also doubles as an unpaid therapist 😂 I can’t say enough good things about her.
