  There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes it’s a $25 late fee applied to the service or next appointment if it is canceled. Once 15 minutes has past, your appointment will be cancelled and charged as a no show fee. Please get prior approval to be late. Being late will cause my schedule to get behind for other guests and affecting my personal schedule.
