Ray always gets my hair perfect... and makes me feel like a new person every time I get my haircut by Ray. If you want the best, Top Cuts is the best place to go. I never walk away without feeling my best. Thank you Ray for making me feel fully good about myself. One of my treats while I fight medical issues is looking my best and Ray does that for me. This was my second time with Fadi and unfortunately I won’t be returning. This time, I paid over $75 for a basic fade and beard trim, but the beard wa...sn’t edged or cleaned up properly (shown in the photos below). I had to ask another barber to redo it. My curls were also combed out in a way that changed their shape. Not worth the price. Show more
