He instructed me to use the Booksy app. Booked an appointment for my son. We get to the barbershop and Benny never even came in today AT ALL. There wa...s only one other barber there and he was kind enough to service my son. We won’t be back. You can’t keep doing business like that, we drove 20 minutes to get here and had to wait over an hour to be fit in someone else’s chair.
