She seemed to be talented and professional the first time she re-twisted my locs. However, things took a turn for the worst after my second appointmen...t with Ayana. I had her twist my locs with add hair and the after effects of that resulted in the twist unraveling and falling out. Note,that my real hair didn’t fall out but the added twisted kinky hair did. When texting her pictures of this ordeal she responded in a professional manner but her tone changed days later when confirming another appointment with me. During that confirmation text she stated that after the scheduled appointment she would no longer service me. She then blamed the entire situation on me saying that I was late, I brought the wrong hair, I rushed her,and she was dissatisfied. I responded by saying if I brought the wrong hair then why attempt to do the hairstyle and take my money? She then responded with more excuses. Hopefully, she treats her future clients better than how she treated me.
