Thank you for your concerns, I did reached out to Keisha in regards of her concerns. Our company is based inside the insurance company she didn’t recieve any service from Flyy Lashes. But, because it’s not compelling being inside the insurance company she wasn't comfortable. I do apologize and wish in the future we grow and have our on space.

After reading the reviews I was excited to get my lashes done.. what a mistake that was within the first day they started falling off and I understand... that some shedding is normal but by the fourth day half of them were gone. She also charged me a no-show fee that I was never aware of prior to coming she caught me off guard and told me while she was doing my lashes figuring I couldn’t get out of it. When I told her the issue she said it would be another charge. I feel scammed, The lashes were crooked and they didn’t even stay on. DONT GO HERE. Ps: Didn’t wanna hurt her feelings but her hand smelled bad as she apply the lashes!!! Show more

Thank you for your review & your frustration. It’s been 6 days since you have gotten your lashes done. In reference, to our policy everything you asked me about in text were on there. I'm sorry that you wanted a free service when it’s been 6 days. Not knowing how you are keeping up with your maintenance. As I stated in text you have 1-2 days free service… meaning if you have any problem I can fix the issue. Im not saying every client has a problem. But, if they do I can fix the situation. Also, I said I can assist you but it will be additional $25. So you can secure your spot nothing more nothing less. In reference, to your review I charge you an extra fee because you booked your appointment before and it was a NO CALL, NO SHOW. Im fair with every customer and try to provide good customer service. But, I will not tolerate disrespect. Please take it to consideration and save a seat for someone else that wish to give me a chance. If you had an issue you would have text me on the 4th day as you stated. Then, I would have probably consider. Thank you for your support 💕. Hope to see you soon!

I absolutely love Becca. She is an amazing lash tech. Her studio is so cute and her work is absolutely gorgeous. My lashes last anywhere from three an...d a half weeks to five weeks. If I stop doing my lash care they don't last as long. Some things I do are SLEEPING ON MY BACK!!! Washing with lash shampoo and brushing them Let them fall out as they do. Not picking them pr pulling them out when they get loose I avoid any mascara. I try to keep my lashes as dry as possible. And when they get wet I use a small fan and a spooly to dry them Scheduling regular fills is important as well Show more
