Rebecca was very sweet and kind and the facility was very comforting, pretty and clean. However, when I looked in the mirror there, the lighting was ...poor and I couldn’t really inspect the lashes fully. When I got home I realized the lashes were not very noticeable and on the thin side. I pointed out a picture on the wall was what I wanted but didn’t get. I’m guessing when you pay with Groupon that’s what you get. Also, a couple of lashes fell out that evening and I was very careful with them. Show more

Each person has different eye shapes and natural lash density, so your final look will be customized to your unique features and existing lashes. According to our policy, any touch-ups needed within 1-2 days after receiving your lashes are provided free of charge. I do apologize that this happened.

If you notice any concerns after this period, you'll need to schedule a one-week lash fill.
