This is the BEST salon for women wanting QUALITY hair care!! Their deep conditioning treatment combined with time under the heat hood leaves a safe, p...in straight, smooth finish on any hair. My hair is extremely fine but thick and curly, I have been to their facility 4 times and I’ve noticed that my hair is only getting healthier with the deep conditioning treatments!! I had a great trim and style experience with Niurka BUT a not so great wash experience with the other woman. I came in and was sent to the wash, perfe...ct. I sit down, the woman washing did a great job getting into my scalp which I loved! however, my hair is naturally curly and was a bit tangled prior to going in. She didn’t take the time to detangle it I just heard her ripping my ends apart. I should’ve gotten up once I heard that but I thought, well, it’ll be trimmed off anyway. This still made me uncomfortable and then there was a language barrier so me trying to tell her to comb it with a wide tooth comb was difficult. It felt like she was just trying to rush. I was the only client there at 10am, I didn’t understand why she was rushing. After the wash, it felt like she barely put conditioner on my hair for the steam conditioner treatment. She clipped it up and had me under the steamer. She didn’t ask if I was comfortable (maybe the language barrier) it wasn’t adjusted to my height. I’m 5’9 sitting on an aesthetic chair under a steamer slouching with my head tilted forward. Afterwards she rinsed it out and combed my hair with a small rat tail comb to detangle it a bit and then put the rollers on. She puts me under the dryer and again, doesn’t ask if I’m comfortable, I’m slouching, head tilted forward n she turns the heat all the way up. Thank God for Niurka and another stylist who saw me struggling and turning red from the heat and adjusted it to make me comfortable. I’d probably go back but with my hair detangled first. The hair ripping was unnecessary. They also only took ApplePay or Zelle, just FYI. Show more
