Purchased a Groupon for a Brazillian wax. On Groupon it states to make an appointment when you buy it. I got 2 email confirmations so I show up 15 min...s early for my appointment, I was told to sign in and have a seat. After waiting 40 minutes the mail girl comes and ask what service I was getting and I left her know. She walks to the back and ask how I made the appointment. I tell her I bought a Groupon and on the website it tells you to schedule an appointment when you purchase it. Then she tells me the owner just left (she walked right pass me) and she’ll take my number and she will get back to me. I then show her my confirmation emails and she tells me the girl that does Brazilians makes her own appointments. So not only did I not get a Brazilian that I paid for but the girl marked my Groupon as used. Clearly I’m not the first person this happened to so beware when you make an appointment here. Show more

we have had problems with this booking site but are services are amazing I tried to reach out and call you several times to reschedule and also accommodate your service I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've left several bad reviews on several different sites it seems like we just were unable to make you happy and I apologize for that

Scheduled an appointment through Booksy. Got email and text confirmation from them I was scheduled. Show up to my appointment and check myself in beca...use there’s no receptionist, only an iPad that says “check in”. After sitting for a few minutes the nail tech that walked passed me a few times finally asked what I was there for. When I told her I was there for a manicure she said she was booked and they did not receive my appointment nor could she give me a refund. I called Booksy only to be redirected to the salon for a refund. I called them back. No answer so I left a voicemail. Texted the owner (her number is on their voice recording) and I still haven’t heard from her either. Show more

Our Booksy clearly states after booking to call and confirm appointment and a deposit is required to hold appointment It also states we don’t do same day booking so it’s Better to read policy then leave negative review Also you were not charged any type of deposit if we could post a screenshot we could show you
