I can’t begin to brag enough about how incredible Renee was with my hair care! Let me start by saying I am the most tender headed person you will ever... meet. You touch my hair the wrong way and I flinch.. Renee was incredible! She took her time with my take down (2 month old knotless braids not done by her), the detangle was absolutely painless and I had little to no hair loss!! There were even areas I told I her I was prepared and expecting she would need to cut out because it was so knotted.. she reassured me that would not be happening! And it didn’t!!! Everything from take down, detangle, wash and blow out was 5 stars! I can’t wait to be back in her chair! Show more

Renee did an excellent job detangling and then installing interlocs in my *extraordinarily* tender headed 11 year old’s hair. She was very gentle, p...atient, empathetic and encouraging through all the squirming, crying and pillow punching 😑 during the ~90 minutes of detangling and ~6.5 hours of locking my daughter’s massively thick head of biracial hair. She did a great job answering all my questions about the process and what to expect/do as far as washing and retightening. Will definitely recommend her! Also, she offers mobile services (yes!!!) and evening appointments 🤩. I think my daughter probably would have squirmed less at the salon (as she would’ve been less comfortable to say/show how she was truly feeling), but was far more at ease here at home.
