I enjoyed my experience. I never booked an appointment on an app before, but it was not hard to do. The app even gave me reminders before the appointm...ent and it even gave me directions. When I dropped off my daughter, she felt comfortable staying without me. The stylist estimated the time it would take and to my surprise, she finished 10 minutes earlier! When I picked my daughter up, she was all smiles. Her hair was braided very neatly. We will definitely be back in 8 weeks! Show more
