I messaged her about a week before I booked ...to express some of my concerns and she was more than polite and professional! She helped ease my nerves as I was getting my hair done the day before I was to fly out to nyc. She was gentle and came prepared. The ambiance of her salon was clean, relaxed, and soothing.
