I booked stylist moved appointment up which I made It to. Then stylist was overbooked and had me wait. Then had me return the next day only to say she... would'nt even attempt to do what I was asking for. Which should've been expressed to me in the first place. Someone else was able to take the time do the style so I know It could be done. Be more courteous of people's time. Do not waste it Show more

you came in two hours ahead of the time I told you to come in and get a consultation that was your fault. You wanted me to do something totally different from the picture. You didn’t want to take off your durag bc you had a closure that was lifting. I told you through text before the day was over that I didn’t feel comfortable going over that I would want to do the whole service, but I would love to see you got done .
