Good customer service! While the initial style I chose wasn’t coming out how I expected, stylist was able to change the style and be accommodating. Wh...ile I didn’t indicate how to part braids like I normally would have because of the changes, the braids came out Amazing. Braiding is top notch and some of the neatest braids I’ve had so far. Only thing that dropped the ball a little was after I got my cut I realized the parting on the sides was off. One side braid was wider than the other and appeared slightly higher than the other so it looked off to my hair line. I didn’t realize it at time of hair completion unfortunately. Show more
