Hey love let me first say , I’m sorry you feel this way being a natural stylist everyone that knows me, knows I will refuse a service due to a lot of damage .. we just didn't agree on what's best for your hair .. your last visit was September 29th 2023 .. and has completely changed and I recommended several services and different things you refused all of them and even after and through the service we had multiple conversations about the condition of your hair &my concerns.I won’t apologize for my education & integrity do not I won't just "say yes " it is also on my booking site as well . You paid after me letting you know you would be getting a wash and go and you never once let me know you felt this way but I will issue you a refund of half of your service , I keep open communication between my client I don't mind resolving matters. I apologize for being late I was in traffic and let you know ahead of time you insisted that is was fine .. but that is something I’m working on I’m very passionate when it comes to what I do but I wasn't in a bad mood at all ..and I’m sorry you felt that way .. I called to resolve this matter further but overall I pray you find a stylist that’s a better fit for you and wishing you the best . SN; i especially encourage my clients that are mothers to getting back to you and feeling your best self after pregnancy but that may not always be a silk press I will never do anything to further damage anyone’s hair .
