He provides all the info needed so my workouts, aware...ness of posture, etc., are effective and will help me heal and be stronger. He adds new moves to my core and stretch daily workout which are very helpful. He cares and leaves no doubt that he understands what I'm going through (latest need for his PT services - a SI injury late last year).
