Service was poor to non existent. Made my appointment only to find the doors locked and all branding removed. This business is out of business for goo...d. If the owner had even the slightest sense of responsibility to his CUSTOMERS he would have at least found a way to cancel his account with booksy. So I would not have wasted my time. To add insult to injury, when I booked, it said I would have to pay $14 if I cancelled?? Show more

I am out with a broken leg and my son was in the hospital due to his epilepsy. Sorry for the inconvenience. 15 great haircuts this wasn’t the way to leave a review. Booksy requires cards for failed appointments, as your preferred way to book that is your understanding. Also won’t close my account because I am still in business just a different location. Sorry for you inconvenience

Friendly atmosphere and amazing service. I have taken my son to every barbershop from Pittsfield to williamstown and every time they have messed up my... teens hair. Nick was the only one who was able to cut his hair correctly and gave him exactly what he asked for. My kid left happy and we will definitely be going back. Show more
