I’ve been rocking with Taylor for over a year now and I don’t let many people touch my head. unfortunately, I made an appointment for a re-twist for m...e and my boyfriend. It was scheduled for 9 AM for him and 10:30 AM for me. Taylor is usually always at least 10 to 15 minutes late for appointments so we waited. We finally called and texted her, but we’re getting no response. I went to her personal social media account where I messaged her also, she stated that she had overslept and was gonna be late. She said it will be an additional 30 minutes before she got us. (which would’ve put the appointment at least an hour behind.) then she messaged us saying that she had to take her daughter at 10 AM to go get her hair done which didn’t make sense to me if we had a 9 AM and a 10:30 AM appointment already booked for both of us to get re-twist and style. I thought that she would reach out apologizing and attempting to fix things but unfortunately, she did not. It’s a shame because I am a good client! I tip well, and I Am loyal…anyway we weren’t able to find anyone else to do our hair before our holiday party. So it was a major inconvenience. Show more
