I've never given a 2 star review before but, in this instance, I feel it was necessary, unfortunately. I booked an appointment for my son for a line u...p the day before for 11:15 am, it was confirmed less than an hr later, ok cool. I get to the shop, about 11:10, there'sa light on in the back of the shop, but there's a closed sign in the window, lock on the door, like a PADLOCK. I called twice, and left 2 different messages for 2 different barbers, mind you, I DON'T live in Westland, but I drove there because of the reviews online. I took my son somewhere else. Almost 3 hrs later, and I've still not gotten a call back or anything. Show more

I would have liked a “cleaner” cut on my son but Curt was nice. I’d also like to walk into a much cleaner and neater establishment/place of business s...o that was disappointing. After leaving this review Curt called me upset that I left him a 3 star review and basically went off on me. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for when i was only rating MY experience. Never should you question a client/customer on their experience. Be willing to take constructive criticism to help grow and sharpen you, not take it personal and call your client to challenge them on their experience. Who does that? Curt did! U never gave me a chance to fix what ever issues it was for the cut. Waited three weeks. Then gave me a horrible review. Ur excuse” u were too in a hurry to check the cut”. That is clearly a fault on u. I called u to ask why beacause didn’t recall anyone asking me to fix their sons hair. I didn’t yell at u. You would not let met speak after you spoke. Be clear and be fair. Take it easy!!!
