The hair is amazing!! There were only a few cons and it was not about her work! The salon was not ideal The time it took was excessive! When I book... my appointment as Wash, Retwist AND style I do not expect to be told there are extra charges because of the style, not to mention I didn’t choose it it was recommended by the stylist. I asked for curls and brought my own rods that I ended up leaving there for future use. I got invisilocs! Which means I got two styles for the price of one so it’s recommended! I love my hair and can’t wait to take it down and see the ending result. I’m only giving the 4 stars because of the time spent and the comment made. I will still return as the work is impeccable I will continue to speak my mind though I come from a customer service background and expect the best for my money! Show more
