I had a “gel polish change” which was $25. Does that service not imply that there will be polish to be removed? However, I was charged $10 for remov...al. It was not listed as Gel Polish Application, but Change. Was this an error? Not my usual service, but I do frequent Polish and Nancy always does a great job. Show more

Absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever had. Please do yourself a favor and do not give these people your business. A friend and I had appointments at... the same time, yet I had to wait more than 30 minutes after my friend was seated to be seen by a nail tech. Not to mention, people who came in after me were seen before I was. The chairs are dirty and covered in nail debris. My gel polish has holes in it and when I asked for it to be fixed, I was ignored. I definitely won't be back and highly recommend you never go. Show more

I was not impressed with the service today. Others who had later appointments were helped before I was. My appointment took almost 2 hours. Tech cut m...y cuticle and made it bleed and told me that she was going to dip my nails in whatever color the last person had if I had not said what I wanted. Did not bother to ask me. When I told the receptionist, she just said oh she's so mean but didn't offer to make up for it. Prices have also risen a lot - not sure I will go back. Show more

Vy is my favorite nail tech at Polish Parker and Roe. I always do a dip mani and I can always count on her for my nails to look great and the manicure... to last. Other techs sometimes don’t get the color all the way to the edges of the nails or right down to the cuticle but Vy does. The color is always even and not too thick. She always takes care to clean up my cuticles when other techs sometimes skip that to save time. Highly recommend! Show more
