Really disappointed in my Nail Toepia experience the last several times. Used to love it here, but they have really dropped the bar. The atmosphere is... hurried and messy. There are large half open boxes piled up in the back and dirty, unorganized surfaces. The service was poor and rushed. They keep raising the prices, while everything else keeps getting worse. I booked a same day appointment on Booksy and they did not honor the price listed online. It’s only a few more dollars, but still a poor business practice. And their tipping expectations are ridiculous. I left feeling frustrated and stressed rather than happy and relaxed. Would not recommend. Please do better. Show more

The service was top notch, they were fully staffed and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. The gel manicure and pedicure was one of the best I h...ave ever had, very thorough and meticulous. The ambiance was peaceful, maybe because time of day, but the music was very relaxing as I almost snoozed off. My sister says she usually books on their website but I am glad to have found them here on Booksy which made it super convenient, I didn’t know if I was getting a gel mani or Dip at the time of booking so the complete flexibility with their team was much appreciated.
