Everyone in the shop was very friendly. There was an issue with booking. But the guy who cuts hair by the front door was very friendly, reassuring and... his customer service was awesome. He communicated with me until Teaire showed up. And when she did, she assisted my 10 year daughter with deciding exactly what she wanted. Overall, her customer service is Top TIER and her braiding skills are amazing. We booked our next appointment prior to leaving. Thank you Teaire. See you soon!!!!! Show more

TeTe(braider) has officially achieved GOAT status in my books. I've come to TeTe to braid my hair a total of 5 times now. And have never regretted it.... It's come to the point where I come in with pictures of hairstyles in an attempt to challenge her. And she handles it expertly. And I'm tender headed but feel no pain because she handles it gracefully,and they still come out snug and last a cool minute. 100% recommend. Show more
