My deep sincere apologies as it is never my intention to make anyone feel as such nor has this matter ever happened with anyone else during my 3 years of cutting hair. To begin service I always start with a small consultation asking questions for guidance- you referred to your previous first time appointment (4 months ago) in which I do not remember completely and spoke of your previous barber instead. I asked for guidance to ensure a quality hairstyle to your liking but was giving contradictory responses and no reference photos, I talked you through the differences. I have always kept an open chair and welcomed anyone (I post to show a variety of styles not based on looks). Along with my services I also bring my humor and sarcasm, I apologize if it came off as offensive and misunderstanding the energy I was receiving.
