This was my first full body massage ever--thanks to a gift certificate from my daughter-in-law. It was better than I ever imagined it would be. I am 6...5 with arthritis and orthopedic issues. I felt like a new person after the massage. Such attention to detail and comfort--warm blankets, hot towels, etc. The stress relief was an added bonus. I will be going back on a regular basis! First, it's five minutes from my home. Second, I was very impressed with the facilities. Very clean, very comfortable temperature. MJ was so knowle...dgeable and helpful. She spent much time with me explaining the issues I have with my post surgery back problems. She is the best!! I felt much better after my appointment. She recommended further treatment plans with other disciplines, ie Pilates. I was simply very impressed with the whole experience. I highly recommend Lake Bluff Massage Therapy. Show more
