TL;DR - don't expect a relaxing manicure or pedicure or a calm environment, but if you need your nails done in a pinch this place is for you. The atm...osphere was chaotic at best. Women showing up 1.5hrs late to their appointment and still being accommodated (um, what?). Luckily I arrived moments before they did and was able to start my pedicure at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, the delays were so bad that customers who showed up on time ended up waiting ~45min. One woman tried to leave and the tech begged her to stay, hugging her around the waist to prevent her from leaving. Who does this??? I've never seen a more wildly disproportionate (and inappropriate) response. Of course, my tech then rushed to finish my pedicure to accommodate the others - I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
