On the receipt it shows that there’s a $40 charge for the previous NO SHOW FEE and a $25 dollar charge honoring the Wednesday promotion. There's no mention of that in your review- you acknowledged and were aware of you missed your last appointment by walking in today and saying "sorry I missed my last one I'll pay you today for it." People that know us, know we’ve done for the community. We have almost 600 5 star reviews- which represents how we treat our clients. You left the appointment ecstatic about your cut, and understanding about ALL your due charges...which is why this review is so confusing to see. Hope you have a better day, and good luck finding a barber to meet your needs.
