First time client experience: Javi’s availability options will fit the needs of my busy schedule as well as his willingness to accommodate special req...uests. This appointment was confirmed immediately and Javi was right on time with our appointment which speaks to the respect he has of his clients time as well as his time management skills. As a client who cuts his hair weekly I’ve been through my fair share of less than acceptable fades from various barbers, however, Javi provided me with a extremely exceptional haircut with extreme attention to detail. In addition, as a business professional in the client service industry the service he provided met my above standard expectations. The barber shop in general was very well kept, clean, and maintained. The shop had 3 TVs on with various sports games instead of the blaring music you find at most barbershops which was welcoming being that I was with my children. Last but not least the shop did NOT have the typical aroma/smell that you find at most shops…overall the great experience has gained him a weekly client going forward. Show more
