Yesterday was my 1st time ever going for laser hair removal, & Luz made the experience so calming & fun for me. She gave so much knowledgeable... insight on everything you can think of from the procedure, down to the equipment. If it wasn’t Covid I would have loved to give her a big hug for doing this amazing gift for me. Honestly can not wait for my next appointment! The laser hair treatment itself didn’t really bother me too much b/c it’s something I wanted & Luz made sure I was ok the whole time
