I got to my appointment and looked at my email and saw Joe changed my 10:30 appointment at 10:15 to 11am. I’m sorry but 15min heads up is unacceptable... I was already on my way there at that point. I waited until 11am and still Joe wasn’t there so I left as I had a busy afternoon, and who knows if this guy would even show up. Then at 11:02 he texted me he was going to be 10 minutes late. Obviously that too is unacceptable, and btw you’re 40 minutes past the original time. Terrible first impression, and by the owner. If the owner treats his clients like this I’d hate to see how his employees treat them. People understand if you’re late, but telling them you’re going to be late when you’re already late is ridiculous. Then he has the audacity to text me to come back later. Yeah ok..good luck Show more
