10/10 I recommend the Loc Extension Installation service by Geordan! The virtual consultation for the installation service was very helpful and inform...ative as she provided a comprehensive price quote and was knowledgeable when answering my questions. Geordan was professional about communicating which made me feel comfortable flying to Houston for my installation appointment. I came into the installation appointment with 3 inches of thick, kinky curly hair and requested 0.5 cm 12/14-inch loc extensions with "smedium" square parts. She flawlessly executed my request! On the day of my installation appointment (we started at 7 AM), Geordan was prepping for the service by washing & drying the loc extensions and by 7:15 AM, she was parting my hair. She finished the loc extension installation around 2 PM (she was efficient, I had 86 locs total). The remainder of the appointment was spent washing my installed locs to ensure they were secure at the connection point and then she did some finishing touches after the wash before retwisting my hair (no product buildup from her retwist product). I requested a simple style after the installation and after a few photos & videos for her social media, we finished around 6 PM. I truly enjoyed my loc installation day, and her salon environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming! I'm writing this review after having locs in for 2 weeks and I have not experienced slippage or tension. Geordan made sure to do slightly bigger parts around my edges to ensure the loc extensions are not pulling. The connection point between my real hair and the locs is seamless!!! My real hair texture matches the loc extension texture perfectly, but Geordan's installation method is amazing, you cannot distinguish between where my real hair stops and the loc extensions start. My locs are still secured (I have since gotten my locs dyed Jet Black- personal preference) and washed since the installation and I'm not having any issues. I'm not doing a lot of manipulation to my locs (tight ponytails, buns, etc.) either. I feel so confident and beautiful with my locs! This service was a worth-while investment because I will have these in for at least 5 years! Check her social media pages for the loc extension installation results! Show more
