I have had my hair cut several times by Kevin with decent results. However, I made the mistake of trusting him with a trim on my hair that I had been ...growing out for nearly a year. I explained to him that I wanted to keep the length of my hair and just needed a trim. Moreover, I showed him photos of what I was looking for. I verbalized numerous times before the start of the haircut that I wanted to keep my length. He asked me specifically about the hair in the back of my head and if I wanted to keep it, I told him to please not remove virtually any length. At no point during the cut was I facing a mirror to see how much of my hair he was removing. I asked him during the cut how much he was taking off and he told me one inch; my hair had no less than four inches removed. Following the appointment, I reached out to Kevin to explain my disappointment. He was argumentative and made it seem like I was at fault. Kevin was unwilling to refund me for a service that is the opposite of what I wanted, and more importantly, he was reluctant to admit his mistake. I went in for a trim to maintain my flow hairstyle and left looking like I was a few weeks removed from a taper fade. It will take me months to regrow my hair back to where it was. If you want a barber who won't cut your hair the way you want it, will blame you for his oversights, or is unwilling to make right on their mistakes, then this is the guy for you. Show more

Kevin was great! I just moved from Lincoln and was looking for a new barber and have found one in him. The last few people that I had tried before I... moved weren't able to keep the hair cut consistent; Kevin nailed it on the first try. He is a great conversationalist, took his time making sure he didn't leave anything undone, and I was so incredibly pleased with the result. I am genuinely looking forward to the next time I'm in his chair. Show more
