You purchased 2 cuts at a discount, I texted you an hour before, called you 30 minutes before, I did my best to communicate I would not be able to stop doing the client in my chair to start yours, she was started later than scheduled as well, as the client before her went over, I reached out to her before also, she had also opted for the prepay discount as well, and as she was a first time client, I will never rush through one client in order to start the next. Every client in my chair is going get my full attention until they are finished. Period. You know this Marc, if I knew what you needed to fix this. I'd happily provide it, I have nothing but love for you and just like you know I would never rush through your cut, I was not going to do that to her and I am certainly not going to fight with you. I would ask again that you please read our conversations as they are written, I did not quote you that price, I told you that's what the cost would have likely for the picture your referenced. I quoted you $375 to $400. Then I reduced that further to fit your budget to $319 Here is the text I sent you. "Ok so Im this situation I charge clients for a root melt and full head of balayage and that will cover 4 to 5 hours if processing, of If your color ends up being super resistant and requiring more time, we will then switch to an hourly rate to finish the blondes. " you told me you didn't have much experience in salons, I told you that after several years of your hair being box colored dark brown that I cannot guarantee your hair will lift to "platinum " and that more than likely it would not. We did 8 hours the first time and It did not, I went on to comp you an additional 8 hours, because I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your hair. I do run over on clients often , it takes as long as it takes. Both times doing your hair, 4 other people politely moved so I could continue working on you.
