The 2 hour time slot is just to cover any of my services offered by me. First of all, he's timely and has awesome communication. My worry with dealing with any kind of customer service is the risk of miscommunication. I go...t the hair style/cut I wanted for my son, and since my kiddo is so full of energy, Gilbert had a ton of patience for my son. The appointment started on time and finished up within the scheduled time frame; Gilbert even gave some worthwhile hair product advice for my son's curls.
