Overall, it was a nice experience. My stylist was kind and considerate and I like my cut/color. However, I went in expecting to pay a certain amount f...rom booking online, but when I went to pay at the end it ended up being $100 more. I understand the extra costs, but she should have communicated that with me beforehand. I would suggest that in the future, stylists should discuss up-front, any additional costs associated with getting a desired look so the bill isn't a shock. Show more

Wash Blowout Style thick hair

Very nice experience but I feel like my hair was not what I wanted for the outcome. The stylist was great but did not know how to style the corners of... my edges leaving it curly and a bit frizzy when the point was to have my hair straightened. I had to go home after and fix my hair myself. I was a but disappointed to pay $75 then go home and fix it myself. Show more
