We are so sorry for the inconvenience. I did not mean to make you feel as it was your fault. Due to the large amount of spam calls I and others receive daily, I just asked could you have missed her call thinking it was spam? Our booking system sends automated text and e-mails and we did not want to cancel your appointment without talking to you. This is a big miscommunication . Amber showed me where she called you and she left a voicemail . I'm so sorry you didn't receive it again . She just came back to the salon yesterday and didn’t reach out because we hoped you would get the voicemail and reach out to reschedule due to the miscommunication. I’m sorry she didn’t reach out again . We are here if you ever need us in the future.
