15 minutes before my 9am appointment she texts to say "Come at 9:30." No apology, no my bad, nothing. When I arrive at 9:30, she texts to say she is "...in route". She did not arrive until 9:45. When I finally got into her suite there is hair on thr floor that had not been swept from the day before and a basket of dirty/wet towels. Again, no apology or acknowledgement that she just wasted almost an hour of my morning. The service was OK, nothing special and if she had been on time I would have given her no higher than a 3. My hair was completely flat and had no volume or body. She did get it really straight, so that was a good thing. Time is precious and punctuality is big to me. And if she cannot acknowledge that, she is not someone I would recommend.

I (we) also discussed that it had been over two months since your last trim and that a protein treatment was needed which would aid in optimal results. The salon is cleaned daily and professionally every two weeks. Your feedback is valuable and will help me to improve services. Thank you. Eva
