This was my first visit with Jill, and I booked a 90-minute massage. Before starting, she asked if there were any areas that needed special attention.... I explained that it had been a while since my last massage and that I was experiencing significant neck and shoulder pain that needed focused, deep work. Unfortunately, the session was very disappointing. Despite repeatedly requesting deeper pressure, she barely went beyond the surface and I had to ask several times for more intensity. By the time it was over, I felt no relief and by the next day, it was as if I hadn’t even had a massage. For the cost, this felt like a frustrating and unhelpful experience. I left still in pain and already needing another massage. Show more
