Our first interaction was with Katrina. She was so responsive and attentive to all my concerns and question. The company was very accommodating and ad...dressed all my needs for my 2 puppies. It felt like a good fit right away. We were paired with Rachel as our trainer. Rachel was amazing. In our first lesson (this is my first review of that lesson) we ALL learned so much. She made us feel so comfortable. This is our first in home lesson of 3 then moving into the board and train program. I know its hard to board and train and I felt very overwhelmed about the boarding part. Katrina and Rachel really understood that and addressed that with reassurance and confidence. For those not sure if this is a good fit so far the experience has been great! I will post each training session/boarding experience along the way. Hope this helps. Show more
