Salon Policies and Guidelines

(1) Appointment Preparation:
a) Clients must come with their hair washed and blow-dried.
b) Hair must be at least 3 inches long all over the scalp. For shorter hair or special conditions, such as alopecia, please call before booking.

(2) Booking information:
Same-day and squeezed-in appointments are available for an additional $50 fee. Please call to confirm availability before booking.
a) Timing for services may vary based on hair texture, thickness, length, and head size.
b) For all longer length braids (thigh, knee, and extended lengths), appointments must not be booked later than 9 a.m. to ensure enough time for completion.
c) Mixing hair colors incurs an additional $20 fee.

(3) Additional Services Fees:
a) Installing beads incurs an additional $10 fee. Beads are not included in kids' styles, so clients are required to bring their own.

(4) In Salon Etiquette:
a) To maintain a serene environment, loud phone conversations are not allowed.
b) No pets are permitted in the salon.
c) If you are feeling unwell, kindly refrain from booking to avoid cancellation upon arrival.

(5) Appointment Deposit:
a) A $30 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your service balance. Kindly Zelle to flourishhairbraids@gmail.com

(6) Refund Policy for Cancellations:
a) Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.
b) Cancellation made 24 hours before your appointment will receive a 33% refund ($10).
c) Failure to cancel or show up for your appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

(7) Rescheduling:
a) In the case of an emergency, the deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment. However, rescheduling must occur within 15 business days of the original appointment date.
This ensures that our time and resources are respected while providing flexibility for unforeseen circumstances. I appreciate your understanding!
