Unfortunately my son wasn’t able to have his haircut because the barber no showed. I reached out multiple times for address and received no response. ...The barber messaged me confirming the appointment a couple days prior so I am definitely confused as to why this happened and why I was ignored the day of my sons appointment. I completely understand that things come up emergencies happen etc but it’s been hours at this point. I never leave bad reviews, ever, this is my first one so i feel bad about even writing this but it’s not ok. I feel bad for my son that he has to attend Thanksgiving not being comfortable with his hair and at this point it’s way too late to go anywhere else. Ugh Thanksgiving is tomorrow and we have family pictures coming up so this is definitely impacting a lot! Show more
